Kojo English Club initiated by HRD Manager of PT. Kojo, sounding and delivered to all Kojo’s Jakarta Staffs to gain their interest to join this program, and this Kojo English Club was finally held on May 6th, 2011.
All member of this Club are welcome and free to express and deliver their opinions, inputs and comments to bring this Club even better to all members to enjoy their involvement in this Club.
This Club was held to improve each of employee’s capability and ability in speaking and make better conversation in English, this is more than speaking. We create also fun in this club so every member of this Club will feel cozy and comfort to join and come to each session.
On the first sessions, the Schemes and programs are implemented from other English Conversation Club, but as time goes by there are many inputs and idea of our own member to even make this Club as enjoyable, relax and comfortable as it can.
In This Club, each member has its experience in the way of :
1. Being an MC (Master of Ceremony), to open, guide and close the session,
2. Announcing the step by step time table on each session,
3. Introducing each self to other member of the Club,
4. Delivering the speech or topic in front of all member of the Club,
5. And the most important thing is to encourage each member to speak up and dare to open a conversation in English, or at least able to speak with foreigner/native speaker.
The Hope this Club can motivate each member to move forward, to improve themselves, to gin positive additional capability not only in speaking English but also global knowledge.
As this Club is not only just an ordinary classes or sessions, but this program also bring such sense of togetherness, knowing each other even better and created such relationship between each member of the Club.
We are all here with the same goal and achievement to learn how to speak, to listen, to write and to know even better.
